For Early Career Researchers & PhD Candidates
Many doctoral candidates in the humanities publish their first peer-reviewed article during, or shortly after, their doctoral studies. The European Hebrew Journal (EHJ) seeks to support this process by providing a rigorous academic framework, international accessibility, and an open platform for high-quality research produced by emerging generations of scholars.
The European Hebrew Journal (EHJ) welcomes submissions from doctoral candidates, early career researchers, postdoctoral scholars, and emerging academics working in fields related to Hebrew Studies, Jewish Studies, Semitic linguistics, philology, manuscript traditions, religion, and related areas within the humanities.
We recognize that doctoral candidates and scholars at the beginning of their academic careers increasingly face expectations regarding peer-reviewed publication, international visibility, and scholarly dissemination. EHJ aims to provide a serious, supportive, and internationally accessible venue for the publication of original and methodologically sound research.
